Kulanu faction head MK Roy Folkman says that his party is commited to status quo on Shabbat and stressed that "we are empathetic and sensitive to the matters close to the hearts of the haredim. I am sure that a way will be found to satisfy all sides."
However Folkman stressed that Tel Aviv is different from other cities in the country due to its secular character.
