Coalition chairman David Bitan said on Tuesday that Knesset House Committee Chairman Yoav Kish's proposal to postpone the launch of the new public broadcasting corporation was acceptable to him, "subject to the agreement of Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon."
Following Knesset discussion a vote will be held on the first reading of a bill to delay the launch to May 15th. Kish is promoting an initiative to postpone the broadcasts for another two weeks to June 1st.
