U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that the United Nations Security Council had failed to act in response to the recent chemical weapons attack in Syria, calling it a “great disappointment.”
Speaking to reporters, Trump also said that the Security Council must be prepared to impose new sanctions on North Korea over its missile and nuclear programs.
