An ultra right-wing German politician will be sent to jail shortly after he was seen in a swimming pool in Oranienburg in eastern Germany with a tatooed drawing of the Auschwitz death camp on his back.
In addition to the tattoo of the notorious camp, the tattoo also contained the inscription "To Each His Own" which appeared on the gate of the Buchenwald concentration camp.
The politician submitted an appeal to a higher court, but the appeal was rejected and the politician will be sent to serve a jail term.
