Attorneys for murderous terrorist Marwan Barghouti have submitted a pre-petition for the Supreme Court to the State Prosecutor's Office following the Israel Prisons Service decision to prevent visits to the terrorist by lawyers, according to Channel 10 Television.
Denial of attorney visits is one of the responses of the IPS to the security prisoners' hunger strike led by Barghouti.
