Minister Yisrael Katz responded on Monday to the hunger strike by security prisoners led by Marwan Barghouti, who is serving five life sentences for his role in the terror murders of Israelis.
Writing on the Twitter social network, Katz said, "When a murderer like Barghouti strikes in jail to improve conditions - while the victims' relatives still remember and are hurt - the solution is one, the death penalty for terrorists."
