Following Wednesday's decision to rename the Shaar Hagai Interchange after Palmach fighters instead of slain tourism minister Rechav'am Ze'evi, it was announced that another site to carry his name will be chosen by the Remembrance Day for fallen soldiers, members of pre-state militias and victims of terror.

The decision followed protests over naming the interchange after Ze'evi over allegations of improper behavior that surfaced in 2016.
