U.S.-Russia relations are at a “low point,” Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said in a joint news conference Wednesday with Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov.
“There is a low level of trust between our two countries,” Tillerson said,” following a two-hour meeting with Russian president Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
