The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has ordered the release of three members of the Returning to the Mount group from custody and allowed them to be in the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City and the Western Wall Plaza, but banned them from going up to the Temple Mount until Wednesday.
The court sent the case to the senior police officer in charge of public complaints and the Police Investigative Department to examine police behavior during the activists' arrest, including the stripping of the activists. The police, who sought to ban the activists from the Western Wall, are appealing the decision.
