Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman has told Yediot Ahronot, "The two murderous chemical attacks on civilians in the Idlib district of Syria and the local hospital were carried out on the direct and planned order of Syrian President Bashar Assad using Syrian planes. I say this with 100-percent certainty."
