The Tel Aviv Prosecutor issued an indictment against Asher Frej, who murdered Tova Karero, a nurse in the Holon Medical Clinic.
The indictment states that the accused arrived in the clinic to receive a flu shot which the nurse gave him. Later, when he felt that the vaccination had caused him various aches and illnesses, he began a litany of accusations, harassments and threats towards the nurse, both directly and indirectly through her acquaintances. Eventually he decided to cause her death.
Two weeks later he came to the clinic with a bottle of flammable liquid and a lighter. He waited for his turn to be called for a blood test and then poured the flammable liquid on her and lit it.
