Attorney General Avihai Mandelblit is expected to notify the Prime Minister that he is prevented from returning to his position as communications minister, according to a report in Yediot Aharonot.
Netanyahu gave temporarily, by instruction of the Attorney General, the position to Minister Tzahi Hanegnbi due to the criminal investigations taking place against him.
It was also reported that the Attorney General has nevertheless permitted Netanyahu to deal with the matter of the Public Broadcasting Corporation.
