The Israel Defense Forces expressed regret, Thursday, that they did not inform the mother and the brother of murdered soldier Yossi Avrahami of Wednesday's military-court order releasing one of terrorists convicted in the case.
The brother had expressed disappointment that he was not informed by the military, which promised to take steps to prevent such an occurrence from happening again. The IDF said it had informed Avrahami's father.
