An indictment has been filed in a military court, charging a shop owner from the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Shechem with the trading and sale of military equipment to security forces in the PA and area residents.
He was arrested after a covert investigation by the police. The charges are rafficking in military equipment and the carrying, possession and manufacture of weapons.
