The Magistrate's Court in Petah has rejected a police request and released the six people who were arrested in the uprooted Samarian Jewish community of Homesh on Saturday on suspicion of violating the Disengagement Law which resulted in the uprooting, as well as disturbing a policeman.

The court decided at the end of the hearing that the six would be banished from Homesh for 30 days and post a 500-shekel bond.
