6 Jews were arrested after Shabbat in the destroyed town of Homesh in Samaria on suspicions of violating the "Disengagement Law" and for residing in the town.
Attorney Nati Rom of Honenu arrived at the Police station to assist the arrestees. They will be brought today to the Petah Tikvah Magistrate's Court for a hearing.
Army and Police forces arrived at the town over Shabbat as a group of Jews was holding a "third meal" as part of Shabbat observance.
Some of the group was caught by the forces.
