A 60-year-old unconscious man was brought on Tuesday evening to Magen David Adom paramedics for treatment at a gas station in Jerusalem.
The paramedics tried to resuscitate him but were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead. The circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
