The police and the Israel Defense Forces conducted a joint raid on automotive chop shops in the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Jenin during the predawn hours of Tuesday morning.

During searches, 15 stolen vehicle chassis were seized, along with 11 stolen engines, a stun grenade and an improvised grenade. In addition, five sets were found, including a switch computer and a meter panel used to help steal cars. Two suspected of involvement in car thefts were detained for questioning.
