300 million shekels in cash arrived at crossings into Gaza on Thursday to pay the salaries of 55,000 Palestinian Authority employees, according to Channel 2 Television.
The payment is made every few months. While Israel carries out the transfer, the money comes from the European Union and Gulf states.
