Party Chairman Yair Lapid said, Monday evening, "Yesh Atid will support the V-15 bill, but it will oppose with all its might the shameful attempt to attach additional funding to the party mechanisms."
The law seeks to avoid the repeat of a foreign-funded attempt to unseat Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in 2015. Lapid was responding to a clause added by coalition parties, which, he claims, increases the funding for the parties at the expense of the taxpayer.
