The Ministries of Finance and Education have reached an agreement with the Histadrut Hamorim teachers' union on an updated salary agreement for teachers employed by the state.
Under the agreement, teachers at the low end of the pay scale will receive salary increases that can reach up to 20% of their salary and new positions will be added at schools.
