An unconscious two-year-old boy was brought to the Hanegev Junction on Highway 40 Sunday afternoon after he apparently fell into a pit in a Bedouin community.
A Magen David Adom emergency team performed resuscitation measures and transported him to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva in critical condition.
