The District Court of Lod denied on Friday the Police appeal for the arrestees in Ofra to be subject to house arrest as a condition for release, according to the Honenu legal organization.
Police had requested that the District Court cancel the Magistrate's Court's decision to only impose a distancing order on the arrestees.
