Hundreds compete for a place in new Rahat neighborhood

Marketing of land in a new neighborhood of the predominantly Bedouin Negev city of Rahat began Tuesday morning.

Hundreds of local residents began waiting Monday night outside the offices of the Bedouin Settlement Development Authority in Be'er Sheva to register for the neighborhood.
