Doctors at Ha'emek Medical Center in Afula were forced on Monday evening to pronounce the death of a man about the age of 40 who was shot in Umm El-Fahm earlier in the evening.
Another person believed to be his son was moderately wounded in what is believed to be a criminal incident.
