The Leviathan partnership - Noble Energy, Delek Drilling, Avner and Ratio - made an official announcement Thursday morning on the final investment decision for the Leviathan natural-gas field.
Following the announcement, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, "This is a headline day for the Israeli economy and Israeli citizens. This is a process that gives the gas supply to Israel, and enhance cooperation with neighboring countries in the energy field."
