An indictment was submitted to the Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court Monday afternoon, charging a 22-year-old resident of Netivot with hiding an improvised explosive device in a garbage bin outside his parents' home in a residential neighborhood in Dimona.
Police seized the device. The indictment alleges possession of a bomb. Prosecutors have asked the court to detain the defendant until the end of proceedings.
