The Israel Defense Forces reported on Thursday that the October crash of an F-16 fighter jet that took the life of pilot Ohad Cohen-Nov was due to the crew's inability to land in a proper manner, caused by the imbalance of weight from munitions that were left over following an operation over Gaza.
The commander of the Air Force has accepted the conclusions of the report and ordered a change in landing instructions.
