Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told Congress that the Trump administration should have taken more time to inform Congress of the travel ban temporarily limiting immigration from certain countries.
At a congressional hearing, Kelly said that he should have updated Congress before announcing the ban and that he took responsibility for the fact that Congress was not updated beforehand.
