Chairman Nissan Slomiansky of the Joint Committee which prepared the Judea and Samaria regulation bill for its final readings informed Knesset members on Monday afternoon that most of the protocols of a confidential meeting were free for publication.

Some of the protocol remained blacked out. Taking part in the session were the legal advisor to the defense establishment and a deputy attorney-general specializing in international law. The disclosed parts have been posted on the Knesset web site.
