Minister Naftali Bennett has refused to delay the vote on the regulation bill for currently unauthorized Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, scheduled for Monday evening. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu had requested that the vote be delayed until after his return from Monday's meeting with British Prime Minister Theresa May.
