A Palestinian vehicle burst through a Border Police checkpoint in the area of the Arab village of Biddu near Jerusalem and escaped the scene.
From a check of the license plates, it emerged that they were fake and did not match the vehicle; after the driver was requested to present an ID, he started to accelerate quickly, turned, and escaped from the scene.
Border Police are searching the area for the vehicle.
