An operation by a division of the Israel Defense Forces resulted in the Wednesday-evening arrest of 12 people suspected of grass-roots terror in the Al-Aida refugee camp between Bethlehem and Rachel's Tomb.
The suspects were turned over to security agencies for questioning.
