The Jerusalem District Court is scheduled to hold a hearing Tuesday afternoon on the Jerusalem municipality's request to cancel an injunction against the closure of afternoon care and kindergardens as part of the city's funding dispute with the Finance Ministry.
The afternoon care did not operate on Monday in spite of the temporary restraining order and kindergardens followed suit on Tuesday morning.
