Interior Minister Aryeh Deri instructed ministry Director-General Mordechai Cohen to summon the Finance Ministry's Budget Division and Jerusalem Municipality CEO Amnon Merchav and professional staff, to clarify the dispute between the municipality and the Treasury in order to find a solution to end the crisis and the strike at municipal offices.
Deri's office stressed that this is not a hearing but only a professional discussion.
