A Jordanian court has sentenced a resident of the Hashemite Kingdom to five years in prison with hard labor for planning to kill Israelis, according to Kol Yisrael government radio.
The defendant was arrested by Jordanian soldiers last June, when he tried to cross the border into Israel illegally. He was armed with a pocket knife.
