The Tel Aviv District Court has approved an application to file a class action suit against an openly non-kosher restaurant in which dishes presented as having beef allegedly contained a certain amount of pork during the last seven years. The suit is being filed by people who do not insist on eating only kosher meat but avoid eating pork.
