Following a meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the two countries have resumed negotiations on Turkish acquisition of the Russian-made S-400 anti-aircraft missile system.
The talks had broken off because of a significant increase in the cost of the system.
