By a vote of 10-6, a joint panel of the Knesset House Committee and the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee has cleared an amendment to the political-party-financing law.
The bill has been called the V15 bill after a campaign to unseat Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu during the 2015 Knesset race.
