Opposition Chairman Isaac Herzog addressed the topic of the Paris Conference currently underway.
"Netanyahu should have participated at the Conference - not because of its diminishing importance and ability to influence, but in order to present a clear position of Israeli policy in the disagreement - and [shouldn't] flee from the battle," Herzog said.
