Residents of Ofra in the Binyamin region distributed a letter last night at the houses of all the government ministers.

They called in the letter to pressure the PM to normalize the status of the community, which was established under government jurisdiction 42 years ago, and save the 9 houses slated for destruction by Feb. 6 by order of the Supreme Court.

Earlier, hundreds of Ofra residents convened for a meeting during which it was decided to intensify the struggle against the PM in the demand to urgently complete the Regulation Law and prevent the destruction of homes.

In coming days, Ofra residents plan to protest in front of the PM's office and the offices of Ministers Bennett and Shaked to demand a halt to the destruction of the 9 homes.
