The military prosecution in the case against soldier Elor Azariya told the military court that it opposes the defense's request to delay hearings on sentencing, according to Channel 10.
Yesterday, Azariya's team said that they were still not ready for the calling of character witnesses in the hearing supposed to take place on Sunday.
