A 13-year-old boy was detained for questioning on Thursday in the Ge'ulat Zion outpost in the Binyamin region of Samaria.
The Honenu legal-aid organization says he was apparently filming security personnel, including members of the Shin Bet Israel Security Agency's Unit for Investigating Jews.
