Exterminator Yoseph Tzvi Barkan will go to prison for three years under a plea bargain in the fumigation death of Avigail and Yael Gross of Jerusalem in January 2014.
Other members of the family had to be hospitalized because of the incident. The deal also calls for probation and the immediate payment of 200,000 shekels in compensation to the Gross family.
