Southern District prosecutors submitted indictments on Thursday, charging two Israeli Arabs from the Negev area with planning to attack soldiers in Arad, Dimona or the Nevatim base of the Israel Defense Forces.
The arrest of the two was announced on Tuesday. The motive for the attack was the declaration of the northern branch of the Israel Islamic Movement as illegal.
