(AFP) - Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu said, Thursday, that Turkey and Russia are planning to implement a nationwide ceasefire in Syria before the start of the New Year.
He told A Haber Television that the ceasefire could be put in place "at any moment", a day after reports that the two countries had agreed to
a deal.
