The Israel Academy of Sciences filed its "Report on the Status of Science in Israel" with the Knesset Science and Technology Committee.
The document brought out large gaps in Israel's investment in science and research, compared with other countries in the world, and it turned out that Israel has deteriorated from first place to 30th in the ranking of scientific publications.
