Ziv Medical Center in Tzfat has reported that the 3-year-old baby who was injured when her family's car flipped during a trip near the Jordan River is still seriously injured but her condition has been stabilized.
She has been taken off respiration, has opened her eyes and is breathing independently.
The extent of brain damage she has suffered is still unknown.
