A charge of attacking a Border Police officer was filed, Wednesday night at the Jerusalem Magistrates Court, against a minor who was arrested Saturday night at the Ofra Junction during a demonstration against the uprooting of nearby Amona.
The youth denied the charges and claimed he was the victim of police violence, including his face being sprayed with pepper spray. The boy was released to house arrest, pending a review of the evidence to determine if he should be restricted otherwise.
