State attorneys sent an urgent message to the Supreme Court, Thursday morning, making it clear that work cannot begin on Plot 38 next to Amona, a proposed site for relocating the Samarian Jewish community's residents.
The attorneys made it clear that Wednesday's start of work on the site was made without the state's knowledge and that the state made it clear the work should stop.
